What will you do at SuperPlay?

We’re looking for a talented IT Manager to join our R&D team and support IT activities, provide services to employees and be involved in planning and implementing IT projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance (in person, via phone, email and ticket support center).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Install and troubleshoot end user equipment, software, hardware, multimedia and telecommunications systems.
  • Support IT purchasing upon demand.
  • Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on client questions and problems.
  • Follow standard IT procedures, logging all IT interactions and administering helpdesk software.
  • Redirect issues to the appropriate resource.
  • Identify situations requiring urgent attention.

Who are you?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Help Desk or IT Support Specialist.
  • Strong customer service and support orientation.
  • Proficiency with hardware components including desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Experience in managing IT tasks across both MacOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Solid understanding of IT backend environments, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 (O365).
  • Hands-on experience supporting end-user desktop and art-related applications such as JumpCloud, SentinelOne, Maya, Photoshop, web browsers, and printing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist employees in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
