We are seeking a skilled CloudOps Engineer to join the Ops team. This role is critical in supporting the transformation from a traditional VM-based environment to an Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

The CloudOps Engineer will work alongside DevOps, CloudOps, and other operational units to ensure consistent, automated deployment and update processes. This position requires a strong technical foundation in infrastructure, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.


Responsibilities

  • Support application deployments and updates in both legacy VM-based and new AKS-based environments.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the development and project delivery teams to ensure seamless deployments.
  • Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible for provisioning and configuration.
  • Participate in the migration of customer environments to the AKS platform.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure aligned with operational standards.
  • Ensure high system availability and proactively resolve infrastructure-related issues.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in client-facing support roles.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure operations and system administration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms - Azure and AWS.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts, cluster management, and containerized application deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure management and automation.
  • Proficient in CI/CD workflows, Git, and scripting tools such as Bash or PowerShell.
  • Solid understanding of networking, DNS, RBAC, and security operations in a cloud context.
  • Prior experience with SaaS is a bonus.
  • Experience interacting with large-enterprise clients is a bonus.
  • Prior experience working with global teams is a bonus.
