Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Senior Network Engineers to support and enhance Strategy's global hybrid network infrastructure, including Azure, AWS, GCP, Stack, and  Strategy physical office locations worldwide. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient network environments that support both corporate and customer-facing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage secure and high-performance network architectures across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Stack) and on-premises environments.

  • Lead or contribute to the network setup and maintenance of global office locations, including WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall solutions.

  • Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of the network infrastructure.

  • Implement and maintain cloud network connectivity (VPCs, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, VPNs, Interconnects).

  • Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Security, and IT teams to support new deployments and infrastructure initiatives.

  • Perform network assessments, audits, and optimisations for cost, performance, and security.

  • Monitor and respond to network incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid recovery.

  • Document network topologies, procedures, and changes in a clear and organised manner.

  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design reviews and planning sessions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.

  • Proven expertise in designing and managing networks across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

  • Experience with Stack (private cloud or custom infra) connectivity and integration.

  • Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VPN, firewalls, load balancers, and IPSec tunnels.

  • Experience with office network setups, including switching, wireless (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, etc.), and internet failover solutions.

  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of security best practices, zero trust architecture, and network segmentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as CCNP, AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate, GCP Network Engineer.

  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

  • Experience working with global teams and managing multi-region deployments.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
