Newor Media, a leading programmatic monetization platform and Google Certified Publishing Partner is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to manage and report on lead generation efforts targeted to premier publishers and advertisers. 

The Lead Generation Specialist is a highly visible member of a growing sales organization.  The position works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Publisher Development teams to continuously improve email lead generation focusing on messaging, performance, and conversion rates.  The Lead Generation Specialist researches markets and prospective clients executing direct outreach campaigns to qualified prospects to establish initial interest and engagement providing a smooth and effective handover to sales teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Setup, manage, and report on email-based lead generation campaigns using Hubspot
  • Research lists of high-potential prospects including publishers, brands, and media agencies;
  • Execute daily outreach to potential new clients working with sales and marketing teams;
  • Setup, draft and actively manage email marketing sequences to achieve KPIs;
  • Maintain a contact database in Hubspot and help develop processes for nurturing prospects
  • Identify opportunities to test new tools, resources and help improve systems
  • Actively contribute to efforts to continuously improve lead generation performance
Required Skills:
  • Excellent business writing and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to develop tailored and responsive outreach communications;
  • Able to successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail; and
  • Exceptional follow-through and ability to meet deadlines
Experience and Education:
  • Experience conducting secondary research (i.e., web and related sources);
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Hubspot strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; and
  • Knowledge of SaaS or digital media helpful
