About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional delivery teams to develop innovative, impactful custom software products for our enterprise clients. Utilizing your expertise, you’ll guide client stakeholders through the entire product lifecycle—from research and discovery to design and delivery—driving strategic results in a dynamic, collaborative environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to successfully develop and implement complex software solutions.
  • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, shape product strategy, and align on business objectives.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, define key project milestones, and facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, iteration planning, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients, providing clear communication and proactive recommendations.
  • Drive strategic decision-making and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end software product lifecycles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • Extensive experience with agile methodologies and modern product management tools (such as Jira, Figma, or Miro).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new business domains and translate requirements into actionable plans.
  • Proven success in leading discovery sessions, prioritization, and requirements elicitation workshops.

Nice to Have

  • Previous consulting experience is highly desirable.
  • Agile certification (Scrum Master or Product Owner) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, APIs, and technical concepts.
  • Experience creating and modifying wireframes.
  • Background in Streaming / OTT is a bonus.
