Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, LLC (Ambler, PA) seeks a Senior Product Analyst to manage multiple platforms that support the business ranging from CRM Systems (Salesforce), Databases, HR systems and marketing platforms. Leverage these systems to create transparency across Berkadia business partners by providing the Investment Sales, Mortgage Banking, Servicing, Marketing, Accounting & Compliance departments with key insights that are used to formulate their go to market strategy. Work across all levels of the organization to understand business processes & challenges to map requirements to usable Salesforce product. Solicit and understand requirements, break requirements down into technical specifications, lead delivery & testing of product releases. Distinguish between functional and non-functional requirements, accept, and reject delivered work based on acceptance criteria, and participate in ensuring quality deliverables. Manage product feature level requirements and testing while ensuring Salesforce best practices are being followed. Apply Enterprise Risk Management principles during process optimization and re-engineering initiatives. Record use cases and scenarios using common formats and link them to business context/need with complete user stories and clear acceptance criteria. Participate in all Agile/Scrum events, and work within an Agile/Scrum environment using Salesforce Workbench. Responsible for prototyping, wireframing and diagramming in tools such as Figma or InVision. Responsible for working with a Design/UX team. Complete large scale data analysis using programmatic tools such as Python, SQL, R, etc. Assist in articulating product vision and customer expectations through Agile artifacts (like Project Requirements Documentation, user stories, features, and releases).

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Analytics, or related technical field. 3 years of experience in the following: Salesforce; Implementing technology using Agile methodologies; Working with cross functional groups to understand complex use cases and business processes; Translating requirements into functional specifications for teams to deliver; Developing test cases and User Acceptance Test Plans for Salesforce. Ability to work 100% remotely.
