Social Media & Campaigns Lead

Location: Remote (UK time zone overlap preferred)
Type: Freelance / Contractor (20 hours/week)
Duration: Initial 3-month contract (with potential to extend)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a self-starting Social Media & Campaigns Lead to help us build a strong and consistent online presence. You’ll own our company LinkedIn activity, support top-of-funnel recruitment efforts, and ensure internal wins and hiring campaigns are translated into high-impact, engaging content.

You’ll be the engine behind our social and employer brand visibility—whether that’s writing and scheduling posts, working with our recruiters on hiring campaigns, or briefing our marketing agency to ensure we have the right content in place to build reach and credibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a consistent LinkedIn content calendar (company page + campaign-specific activity)
  • Write and schedule posts that support brand awareness, hiring campaigns, and delivery success stories
  • Collaborate with recruiters to support hiring campaigns with role posts, visual assets, and outreach content
  • Brief and coordinate with our external marketing agency to ensure timely, on-brand content creation
  • Track engagement and performance to identify what resonates and adapt accordingly
  • Ensure content tone is consistent and aligned with our brand voice
  • Stay on top of social and content trends relevant to tech and consulting audiences

Ideal Experience
  • Strong copywriting skills and experience managing B2B social content (especially on LinkedIn)
  • Proven ability to support recruitment or employer branding campaigns
  • Experience working independently and proactively in a remote environment
  • Confident liaising with external content or design agencies
  • (Bonus) Basic design or Canva/Figma skills to tweak or repurpose assets
  • (Bonus) Background in tech, SaaS, or consulting companies
