Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support in a Nordic language, addressing inquiries about health and wellness products and services.
  • Assist customers with order processing, product selection, and any issues related to their purchases.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously, maintaining records of inquiries and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to convey customer feedback and enhance service quality.
  • Stay informed about the latest health and wellness trends and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Engage proactively with customers to foster a positive experience and encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve your knowledge of health and wellness products and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the health and wellness sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A genuine passion for health and wellness will be advantageous, along with a willingness to learn about related products.
