We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions – on-boarding of new customers in existing platform and services;
- Creation of stakeholder maps or similar as well as dashboards and reports;
- Overseeing the adoption journey of several types of stakeholders;
- Contributing to the success of digital projects and initiatives by keeping stakeholders updated to ensure their adoption of digital solutions;
- Manage the implementation of new functionalities to meet identified stakeholder needs, acquiring and using the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality;
- Give proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization;
- Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms of reference;
- Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports;
- Monitor costs, timescales, and resources, taking corrective action when deviations occur to ensure that delivered systems are implemented within agreed tolerances;
- Manage the change control procedure by securing agreement for project revisions from sponsors while providing effective leadership to ensure the project team remains motivated and continuously develops their skills and experience;
- Definition of release strategies in order to minimize business impact;
- Planning of implementation of new functionalities in a portfolio of projects.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 9 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Minimum 6 years’ of specific expertise in IT Project Management;
- Minimum 4 years’ of specific expertise in PM2;
- Minimum 2 years’ of specific expertise in managing large projects with multiple stakeholders for an international governmental organization and delivering large multilingual web applications with more than 10 EU languages used in the interaction with the users;
- Minimum 2 years’ of specific expertise in the implementation and operating of multilingual citizen e-participatory democracy tools based on open source Decidim solution;
- Minimum 2 years’ of specific expertise in the implementation and operating of e-learning platforms based on open source Moodle solution;
- Very good knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools;
- Very good knowledge of business analysis and requirements management;
- Very good knowledge of the IT Governance;
- Very good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking);
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile;
- Knowledge of using tools to build stakeholder maps;
- The following certificates are required: Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), Scrum master certification (PSM I), PM2 Essential Certification & SAFE Agilist Certification;
- Excellent command of the English language.
