Job description

The Opportunity:

Our client - the Transport Innovation Association, uniting companies in the transport and logistics sector, IT companies and startups, electromobility solution providers, other innovators and scientific institutions, is now looking for a Project Implementation and Development Partner.

The association, in cooperation with Lithuanian and international business and government organizations, aims to accelerate the development of innovation and digitalization and increase the competitiveness, efficiency and sustainability of the transport and logistics sector. The association participates in international projects, such as Horizon Europe, CEF, Interreg, etc.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of high-impact international projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and innovation in transport solutions

• Develop dynamic project plans, including performance KPIs and adaptive resource allocation

• Establish robust monitoring & evaluation systems to track project performance, impact, and ROI

• Produce high-level analytical reports and policy recommendations based on project data to influence stakeholders and funding bodies

• Cultivate strategic alliances with governments, industry leaders, NGOs, and research institutions to drive collaborative innovation

• Facilitate multi-stakeholder negotiations, ensuring alignment of interests and contractual compliance

• Identify and secure diversified funding streams and mastermind compelling funding proposals, including EU grants, Horizon Europe, and private-sector partnerships

• Lead high-stakes contract negotiations with vendors, partners, and clients, ensuring favourable terms and legal compliance
