Product Manager – Hospitality and Spa Digital AI Scent Solutions 
Location: Flexible (Remote with Occasional Travel) 
Compensation: Equity until funding is closed in 2 months

They partner with global hospitality, wellness centers, luxury hotels, and leading spa brands to transform environments and create memorable guest experiences. 
  
  
Role Overview 
  
They are seeking an experienced and passionate Product/Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, development, and market deployment of their Hospitality and Spa Digital AI Scent Solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate closely with luxury hospitality and spa brands, internal teams, and manufacturing partners, ensuring that products meet strategic goals, enhance room by room guest experiences, and deliver measurable value to our hospitality customers. 
  
  
Key Responsibilities 
  
  • Full Product Ownership: Manage end-to-end product lifecycles from strategy, and development, through to successful launch and market expansion in hospitality and spa environments. 
  • Strategic Product Roadmap: Define and manage the strategic roadmap for scent solutions tailored specifically to hospitality, wellness, and spa sectors, ensuring alignment with business vision, market insights, and customer expectations. 
  • Client & Partner Collaboration: Act as the primary interface with global hospitality, wellness, and spa partners, effectively capturing requirements, managing relationships, and translating client insights into innovative product solutions. 
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate and drive alignment between engineering, UX/UI, operations, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver fully integrated, impactful digital scent solutions. 
  • Project Delivery Excellence: Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines and budgets, managing risk proactively, resolving issues swiftly, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process. 
  • Insights and Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze guest and partner feedback, product performance metrics, and market trends to continuously improve product offerings and maintain a competitive edge. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely, clear, and insightful project updates and strategic recommendations to internal leadership and external partners. 
  
  
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred. 
  • Minimum 5 years of proven product/project management experience, ideally within hospitality, wellness, luxury spa, or related technology fields. 
  • Experience launching and managing technology-enabled solutions specifically tailored to the hospitality, spa, or wellness markets. 
  • Familiarity with IoT, AI-driven products, and digital solutions designed to enhance guest experiences. 
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a passion for innovation in customer experience. 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Highly self-motivated and adept at managing multiple simultaneous projects, priorities, and relationships.
