The Opportunity

Were hiring a Data Analyst to join our Product Team building our nextgeneration oncology dataintelligence platform. Youll sit at the intersection of business, clinical, and engineering groups, turning raw oncology data into actionable insights with SQL (Snowflake) and Sigma Computing. This juniortomidlevel role is designed for analysts who want handson experience with a modern data stack and a clear path to grow into senior analytics, product or engineering positions.

Highimpact, highvisibility: youll own dashboards used by clinical, sales and customer success teams, as well as senior leadership, all within weeks of joining.

What Youll Do

Bridge business & technical teams Translate clinical and operational questions into clear, datadriven requirements for engineers and product managers.
Build & maintain BI assets Develop, iterate, and document Sigma dashboards and reports for internal decisionmaking and external deliverables.
Data exploration & investigation Dive into complex datasets to answer adhoc questions, surface anomalies, and validate data transformations with performant SQL.
Internal tooling Create selfservice dashboards that empower Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Ops, and executives.
Customerfacing insights Surface valuable clinical and operational metrics from the OncoLens Oncology Knowledge Base in partnership with Product.
Collaborate on a modern data stack Work closely with engineers on a modern data platform in order to expose actionable and valuable data insights.
Define metrics & documentation Establish sourceoftruth definitions, maintain data dictionaries, and champion analytics best practices across the organization.

Youll Excel in This Role If You Have

Required

Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Math, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort querying large datasets.
Experience with a modern BI platformSigma preferred (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI acceptable).
Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.

Preferred

Active role in a data or businessanalytics role.
Exposure to healthcare or other high compliance data.
Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
Experience in a startup or other fastgrowing, crossfunctional environment.
