Job Description
Responsible for the scroll compressor NPD/SUS/CD project and ECR 2D drawing & 3D model making;
Tight cooperation and communication with R&D engineer, assuring the design change demonstrated in drawing with right dimension/GD&T/Layout/view........... and put forward the necessary suggestion actively.
Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for Global CC NPD/MIN/CD project and ECR 3D modelling & 2D drawings in cooperation with product/design engineers;
2. Suggest dimensioning and tolerance solution suitable with the function and the manufacturing process of the component.
3. Ensure 3D model&2D drawing accuracy for Modelshop/ Production/ supplier.
4. Maintain design integrity and consistency within cross scroll platform.
5.Tight cooperation and communication about design change with internal customer, actively put forward design suggestion;
5.CAD team internal seminar and SOP making to share the knowledge with team members;
6.Lead CAD technology research to enhance team competence in Global CAD related field;
7.Lead internal technology research and efficiency improvement project
8. Training to internal lower level enginner and trainee
Background & Skills
1.Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical, thermal energy and power engineering related major;
2.Professional knowledge in structural design, materials, castings, machining, sheet metal, piping and other processing techniques, as well as compressor design are preferred
3.Skill in operation of 3D &2D drawing making software, preferly CREO.
4 at least 3 years's work experience of mechanical structure design
5.Adapt to the English working environment and good English communication skills;
6.Good analytical ability, problem-solving abilities, ability to learn;
7.Sense of responsibility, initiative, team spirit, sense of service
