Now Hiring: Clean & Prep Operative (2nd & 3rd Shifts)

💰 Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.87/hour
📍 Location: Minonk, IL
💼 Position classification based on experience & pre-employment test results

🔹 What You’ll Do:

✔ Prepare metal parts for painting and coating
✔ Use hand and power tools to clean surfaces
✔ Inspect work for quality and accuracy
✔ Follow safety and quality standards to ensure top-tier production
✔ Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team

Position Qualifications

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
✅ Willingness to be trained in:

• Quality & Safety

• Blueprint Reading

• Hand-Held Gauges

• Rust Prevention

• Weld Characteristics

• Final Inspection
  ✅ Ability to read and follow directions and operate machinery
  ✅ Strong attention to detail and quality
  ✅ Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods
  ✅ Ability to complete Job-Specific Standard Work Instructions and Job Safety Analysis
  ✅ Pulmonary Function Test required for roles using an air-supplied hood
