PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. Our customer is a leading global provider of real-time market insights and data solutions, dedicated to empowering decision-makers in energy and financial sectors.
Headquartered in London, and with offices in New York, Houston, Singapore, Dubai, Kolkata, Tokyo, and Athens, our international team enables us to monitor markets around the clock and meet the varying needs of clients across the globe.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Manage project scope and change control processes;
Plan releases and take full ownership of the release process, including coordination with external parties;
Communicate effectively with clients, end-users, and technical teams;
Identify and resolve or escalate blockers faced by the team;
Manage project costs and prepare budget calculations;
Oversee project schedules and roadmaps;
Facilitate estimations for new projects and prepare proposals covering team composition, required skills, and budget;
Provide regular project progress reports to clients and end-users;
Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks;
Work under the supervision of the Head of the PMO.
IF YOU HAVE
3+ years of project management experience in medium to large-scale projects with an average team size of 10+ people;
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and software engineering processes;
Broad understanding of project management standards and best practices, with proven experience managing all phases of the project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing;
Proficiency with Jira or similar systems, including configuring workflows, access settings, and boards;
Agile-related certifications or training;
PMP certification is a plus;
English level: C1 or higher.
