Position Overview: In this role, you will manage a variety of projects, ensuring seamless execution, excellent client communication, and team coordination. Your passion for technology and strong organizational skills will help us deliver outstanding results to our partners.
Location: Remote; Anywhere in the USA Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Live and Support Medix Core Values
Manage projects such as (but not limited to) new onboardings, server projects, large hardware replacements, and software conversions
Coordinate with external vendors on applicable projects
Keep projects within budget and on time
Ensure all project templates stay up to date
Manage resource logistics
Ensure excellent client experiences and communication through the project
Understand time/cost of services
Schedule tickets on project and service boards as needed:
Schedule remote orders and requests
Schedule onsite orders and requests
Schedule 3rd party resources as needed
Communicate out of scope or out of agreement work and the additional cost thereof with the partner
Communicate with Clients
Call all waiting on tickets appropriately
Communicate with the Account Manager when needed
Keep tickets up to date with the current status and information
Weekly touch calls for clients not yet scheduled
Manage client expectations
Collect necessary information from clients
Internal Communication
Attend internal Professional Services department meetings
Communicate with co-workers effectively
Conduct Pre and Post Install meetings
Document and maintain processes used in the Project Coordinator role
Assist in resource management of the Professional Services technicians
Qualifications Required for this Role:
1-3 years project management experience
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
Team management and leadership skills
Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
Strong attention to detail even while working under pressure
