About the role:
RHEI is seeking a dynamic Music Lead Generation Specialist with mid-level experience to join our growing team. This role focuses on finding and qualifying potential partners, labels, and artists for our music team. You’ll be responsible for researching new leads, organizing contact information, and keeping our CRM (HubSpot) updated. Your work will help the music team grow our network and close more deals by making sure they’re speaking to the right people.

Lead Sourcing & Identification
Research and identify prospective music partners, labels, artists, and rights holders using online databases, social platforms, music directories, and market intelligence tools.
Contact Information Acquisition
Collect accurate and up-to-date contact details of decision-makers to support outreach efforts.
CRM & Data Organization
Enter and manage lead data within HubSpot (or other systems), maintaining clean, accurate tagging and structured records.
Collaboration with Sales Team
Work alongside sales leads to prioritize and route leads, flag high-potential prospects, and share relevant data insights.
Lead Qualification Support
Help screen leads using basic qualification criteria to ensure outreach is focused and efficient.
Reporting & Updates
Deliver weekly reports on lead generation activity and keep a clear log of outreach progress and status updates on reports and maintain a clear log of research progress, outreach batches, and conversion status.
Key Requirements:
You have 1+ year of experience in lead generation, research, or admin support (internships welcome!)
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy building lists or tracking data
You’re curious about the music industry and digital creators
You’re comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a bonus, not a must)
You’re a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with others
You like solving problems and can work independently to meet deadlines
