This is a remote position.
The ideal candidate will have a Salesforce Administrator Certification and working knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC). This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their technical skills and contribute to impactful Salesforce solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code under the guidance of senior developers.
Assist in building user-friendly, responsive Salesforce UI components.
Support day-to-day administration tasks including user management, security settings, page layouts, and reports.
Work on Salesforce configuration including Flows, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects.
Participate in agile development sprints, code reviews, and standups.
Debug and resolve platform-related issues with supervision.
Document technical specifications, components, and release notes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required.
2+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and basic Apex.
Familiarity with Salesforce standard objects and custom object configurations.
Understanding of basic Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data access models.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
Exposure to Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, VS Code, Git).
Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I) are a plus.
