Your mission
This is a high-impact role for a driven and ambitious product manager who’s excited to build something from the ground up. You’ll take full ownership of a brand-new interview intelligence insights product — shaping the vision, strategy, and execution from the earliest stages. There's a huge opportunity here for someone who thrives on creating clarity, delivering value, and pushing boundaries.
You’ll need all the core product management skills — customer discovery, roadmap development, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decision-making — plus the initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to lead through ambiguity. Because this product is grounded in insights and analytics, experience or interest in data analysis, data visualization, and storytelling with data will be especially valuable. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you should feel confident asking the right questions, interpreting patterns, and working with design and engineering to turn insights into meaningful product experiences.

We’re a remote-first company based in Ireland. This role is open to candidates located in Ireland and eligible to work here. You’ll report directly to the Chief Product Officer and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of experienced product managers and designers, all passionate about transforming how hiring works around the world.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Insights and Reporting for a new AI-powered interview intelligence product.
Partner with customers to uncover needs and explore how analytics can drive better hiring outcomes.
Define clear product requirements — including AI models, data pipelines, data privacy and security, and visual insights — and lead cross-functional teams to deliver them.
Use data (qualitative and quantitative) to inform decisions, prioritize features, and continuously improve the user experience.
Leverage AI to power Insights as appropriate.
Ensure that features and insights are intuitive, impactful, and clearly solve user problems.
Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to communicate product value and drive customer adoption.
