This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in internal systems (e.g. Shopify and internal docs).
· Create and manage descriptions, pricing, and season details.
· Track product photoshoot samples, assist with the sample management, and coordinate product imagery for e-commerce, collaborating with creative teams as needed.
· Coordinate data for e-commerce platforms, ensuring product content is complete and consistent across all channels.
· Work cross-functionally with marketing, production, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate product representation and smooth operational workflow.
Specific Job Tasks:
· Ensure accurate categorization and tagging for each product (e.g. gender, category, trend tags).
· Track sample products to ensure they are available for e-commerce photography
· Ensure consistency between inventory/stock management systems and e-commerce platforms.
· Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure correct product weights, dimensions, and barcode data is all in.
· Communicate with the marketing and PR team to supply product details for edms, lookbooks, or promotional campaigns.
· Maintain product master spreadsheets for internal use.
· Run weekly product status reports (e.g. live status, stock status, sell through rates ect).
