Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible, preferably 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Tampa, FL time (Eastern)
Weekly Hours: 40 hours

We are seeking a highly motivated, extroverted, and results-driven Bilingual (Spanish) Social Media Marketing & Sales Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a hybrid role that combines direct sales outreach with strategic social media marketing. Your mission? Open new markets, develop leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients—especially within the entertainment, talent, or influencer space.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Expansion

  • Proactively research and identify new business opportunities and untapped markets

  • Initiate client outreach through calls, social platforms, and digital channels

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Present products/services to prospects and close deals effectively

  • Meet and exceed aggressive sales and conversion goals

  • Track all outreach and conversion efforts in CRM systems

Social Media & Brand Visibility

  • Manage and grow engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and TikTok

  • Strategically create and publish compelling content tailored to target audiences

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity for optimization opportunities

  • Support inbound engagement by responding to DMs and community interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding and customer satisfaction



Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

  • 2+ years of social media marketing experience (entertainment industry preferred)

  • Proven sales experience with a strong record of closing deals

  • Mastery of TikTok and strong working knowledge of other platforms

  • Confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

  • Experience in cold outreach, market research, and B2B or B2C sales

  • Strong content creation skills (must submit portfolio)

  • Familiarity with social media analytics, paid advertising, and performance tracking

  • Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines

  • CRM and social media scheduling tools experience preferred
