Job Description
Step into an exciting telesales role where your conversations directly impact real estate professionals’ success and earning potential. You’ll be connecting with experienced agents and brokers who specialize in REO properties, guiding them through comprehensive membership benefits during engaging 30-minute consultative conversations. This isn’t your typical high-volume calling environment - you’ll be building genuine relationships with warm prospects who are actively seeking solutions, often sharing their industry experiences and challenges. Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic outbound sales calls to promote exclusive membership services to qualified real estate professionals
- Engage in consultative 30-minute conversations that focus on relationship-building and understanding prospect needs
- Handle both warm leads generated from targeted email campaigns and qualified database prospects
- Present compelling membership value propositions and address detailed questions about exclusive benefits
- Listen actively to prospects’ experiences and provide solutions to frustrations with previous service providers
- Schedule and manage follow-up appointments with interested prospects through professional relationship management
- Maintain detailed and accurate prospect records in Zoho CRM system
- Close membership sales through consultative conversations rather than high-pressure tactics
- Collaborate with a small, focused team structure for optimal support and training
Requirements
- Exceptional English communication skills with clear, professional pronunciation and minimal accent
- Proven ability to engage in extended consultative conversations with confidence and enthusiasm
- No call reluctance - genuine comfort and excitement about making outbound calls to build relationships
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho, for effective prospect management and follow-up
- Background in consultative or relationship-based selling, particularly in professional services
- Strong active listening skills to understand and address complex prospect concerns and experiences
- Ability to learn and articulate detailed membership benefits and industry-specific REO concepts
- Excellent objection handling skills and natural rapport-building abilities with real estate professionals
- Self-motivated approach to working in a results-driven environment with bonus and commission opportunities
