Job description

This is a remote position.

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
8:30 am - 5:30 pm - CDT

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital presence, crafting compelling narratives across multiple platforms to engage our community and attract new clients. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape our brand voice, create eye-catching content, and build meaningful connections in the fast-paced world of finance. Your creativity and strategic thinking will directly impact our growth, as you transform complex financial concepts into accessible, engaging social media content that resonates with our audience.


Responsibilities
  • Spearhead our social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Create and curate engaging, finance-focused content that educates and entertains
  • Produce attention-grabbing video content for YouTube and TikTok
  • Foster community engagement by responding to inquiries and proactively reaching out to potential clients
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to align social media efforts with broader goals
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics to refine our strategy continually


Requirements
  • Proven track record in managing business social media accounts
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, especially Canva
  • Basic video editing skills to create compelling short-form content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices
  • Ability to work in North American time zones
  • Passion for simplifying complex financial topics for a broad audience
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
