Job description

This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for PAs requiring guidance or escalating issues.
  • Provide offshore escalation support to maintain project continuity across time zones.
  • Proactively resolve queries and challenges while escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver internal training programs for the PA team.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date training materials and resources.
  • Support onboarding of new team members by providing mentorship and structured guidance.
  • Ensure that project-related communication is timely, clear, and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Monitor and track task progress, identifying and addressing delays or issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for internal projects.
  • Coordinate and manage internal projects to ensure they stay on track and within scope.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate risks or resource constraints.
  • Drive alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.
  • Provide senior-level support to the PA team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Offer guidance on best practices, tools, and processes to enhance team efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and resource for all team members.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in project administration, coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with offshore or remote teams is desirable.
