Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview :

Experience: 7- 10 Years

Responsibilities

Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and/or mobile platforms.
Translate business and product requirements into user-centric, functional, and elegant designs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and functionality.
Conduct design reviews, usability testing, and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
Build and maintain a consistent design system across platforms and projects.
Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and design tools.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally within a product-driven environment.
A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and high-quality UI design work. (Mandatory)
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
