Senior Data Test Analyst

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:     

• Experience Range - 6 to 8 Years
  
• Develop and execute test strategies for large-scale data migration using statistical sampling and verification techniques.
  
• Design and implement test plans covering Data Migration, Obfuscation, Reconciliation, Data Quality, and Data Governance.
  
• Conduct thorough testing of ETL processes using tools such as Ab Initio and Informatica.
  
• Perform report testing for both operational and regulatory reporting requirements.
  
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage through data profiling and validation techniques.
  
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and developers to understand data requirements and transformation logic.
  
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for data validation and regression testing.
  
• Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports for data migration and integration efforts.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in data migration testing, including validation strategies and statistical sampling.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL testing tools such as Ab Initio and/or Informatica.
  
• Expertise in data obfuscation, reconciliation, data quality, and governance testing.
  
• Solid understanding of regulatory and operational reporting testing.
  
• Experience in automation testing frameworks related to data validation.
  
• Ability to design and document test plans specifically tailored to data migration projects.
  
• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and validation.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
