Job description

What's The Role?

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented enablement leader to own our approach to product and competitive field readiness. This role will be responsible for the programs, tools, and processes that prepare our revenue teams to effectively position, differentiate, and sell ThoughtSpot’s platform in a dynamic, competitive market.

The ideal candidate will bring strong cross-functional collaboration, a passion for scaling enablement systems, and the ability to deliver high-impact programs from end-to-end with speed, clarity, and autonomy.


What You'll Do:

  • Own field readiness strategy for product and competitive enablement, ensuring consistent delivery of Sales Plays, product positioning, and sales play activation

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to launch enablement tied to key initiatives (e.g., new product launches, competitive updates, pricing shifts)

  • Lead and facilitate monthly Revenue Lab sessions to roll out enablement tied to your scope, including owning session prep, execution, and follow-up

  • Drive content governance and execution across CMS platforms (currently Flockjay), ensuring reps can easily access and adopt the latest assets

  • Manage and optimize CMS platforms, including evaluating future tools for scalability and usability

  • Track and report adoption metrics for enablement content, Sales Play usage, and CMS engagement; iterate based on feedback and performance

  • Deliver or coordinate live and on-demand onboarding sessions for new GTM team members related to product positioning and competitive differentiation


What You Bring:

  • 5 years of experience in enablement, product marketing, or GTM roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech

  • Proven experience building & delivering enablement programs from strategy through execution

  • Confident facilitator with presence across virtual & live settings (field training, webinars, etc.)

  • Strong organizational & project management skills; able to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in parallel

  • Experience managing or optimizing content systems (e.g., Flockjay, Highspot, Seismic, Gong)

  • Comfortable with KPI tracking & translating usage data into enablement improvements

  • Excellent communicator who can work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, & ops

  • Experience launching competitive enablement programs

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar sales methodologies
