Esse Health is currently seeking a part-time RN - Telephone Triage Nurse for our Mason Road Pediatrics office! 

Summary: The Telephone Triage Nurse answers the phones, triages all calls, makes clinical decisions based on protocols, and communicates with the Physicians and Nurse Practitioners.  

This is a part-time position that will work 3 - 4 days a week.  The schedule and days you work may rotate: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  This position shares coverage of approximately one Saturday morning a month from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  

If you work 3 days a week the position is not benefit eligible.

If you work 4 days a week the position is benefit eligible.

Preferred Qualifications: Formal training which will probably be indicated by a graduation certificate from an accredited RN school of nursing. One or more years of experience, current nursing license in MO, dedication to patient satisfaction, ability to communicate effectively and ability to work compatibly with physicians and other staff members. Physical Requirements: Physical guidelines include ability to sit for extended periods of time while assisting patients via telephone. Ability to teach and assist patients needs, and document through the EMR (Electronic Medical Record). Ability to effectively communicate with physicians and staff.
