We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Procurement Coordinator to support procurement operations and ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. This role is key to resolving invoice and PO issues in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


About The Role

  • Liaise directly with vendors to address inquiries related to purchase orders, payment status, and other procurement documentation
  • Work closely with buyers and the Bookkeeping team to resolve procurement-related issues, including PO discrepancies, payments, and invoicing errors
  • Support internal process improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives



Requirements

  • Background in procurement and/or bookkeeping – a strong advantage
  • High proficiency in both Hebrew and English – written and spoken
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems – preferred
