What are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented AI Process Automation Engineer to lead our digital transformation initiatives through intelligent automation. This role blends business process analysis with cutting-edge AI technologies to streamline operations, reduce manual workloads, and drive organisational efficiency across multiple functions.

What are you expected to do?

Process Analysis & Discovery

• Conduct end-to-end analysis of business processes to uncover automation opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to map current workflows and pain points
• Perform feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and automation readiness assessments
• Document "as-is" processes and design "to-be" automated workflows

AI-Driven Solution Development

• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions using platforms such as n8n, UiPath, or similar
• Develop and train machine learning models to support intelligent process automation
• Build custom nodes, functions, and integrations using JavaScript, Python, or other relevant languages
• Develop multi-step AI agents and integrate with APIs, web services, and third-party tools

Implementation & Integration

• Deploy and manage automation solutions through visual and code-based interfaces
• Integrate disparate systems and data sources to enable seamless workflows
• Leverage AI libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) for advanced capabilities
• Implement RPA solutions where applicable

Optimisation & Maintenance

• Monitor automated workflows for performance and reliability

• Continuously improve and scale existing solutions based on feedback and metrics
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues as they arise
• Provide user training, documentation, and support for implemented solutions

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have at least 2+ years of experience in AI-based process automation, RPA, or intelligent workflows
• You have an ability to work across both low-code tools and full-stack automation environments
• You have proven track record of designing and delivering automation solutions end-to-end

• You have proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java
• You have solid understanding of ML algorithms and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
• You have hands-on experience with n8n, UiPath, or similar low-code/no-code tools
• You are proficient in REST APIs, webhooks, and data integration
• You have knowledge of SQL, JSON, data manipulation, and transformation techniques
• You have familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services

• You have strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• You have experience with process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• You have understanding of business process improvement methodologies

We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:

• Certifications in AI, machine learning, or automation platforms
• Experience with LangChain, vector databases, or multi-agent AI systems
• Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., legal, manufacturing, mining, retail)
• Familiarity with project management and Git-based version control

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

• There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
• We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
• If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
