Job description

We’re seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our team, based in either EMEA or the U.S. You will play a key role in driving pipeline acceleration and regional impact through high-touch field marketing.

You’ll assist in the creation, execution, and measurement of regional marketing programs—including events, webinars, and local campaigns—designed to generate leads, engage customers, and influence revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen teams to align on goals and tailor messaging that resonates in local markets.

You’ll help us with the following questions and challenges:
  • How can we create and execute high-impact regional marketing programs that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth?

  • How can we effectively localize global campaigns to resonate with specific regional audiences and buying behaviors?

  • How do we build strong partnerships with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen to maximize the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives?

  • How can we leverage data and performance insights to continuously optimize our marketing programs?

  • How can we enhance brand awareness and market credibility through local influencer and journalist networks?

The role

You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring regional field marketing programs that generate leads, engage customers, and influence revenue growth.

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and measurement of field marketing programs, including executive events, webinars, roundtables, sponsorships, and local campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to develop targeted materials and messaging that connect with local personas and verticals.

  • Localize global campaigns and content to fit the needs of specific regional audiences and buying behaviors.

  • Develop and nurture a network of influencers and journalists in the intelligent document processing space to increase brand awareness, market credibility, and campaign amplification.

  • Manage logistics and operations for local events—including vendor coordination, venue selection, speaker preparation, and on-site support—to ensure flawless execution.

  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives through tailored field experiences and coordinated campaign execution.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve program effectiveness and ROI.

  • Manage the regional field marketing budget and maintain alignment with pipeline and revenue targets.

  • Build strong partnerships with regional Sales and SDR teams to identify opportunities, accelerate deals, and ensure mutual accountability.
