We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to help scale a fast-growing franchise brand expanding nationwide. This is a full-cycle sales role ideal for a confident closer who thrives on ownership—from lead qualification to deal closure—and wants to contribute to a bigger mission.

Own the entire sales cycle—from initial lead to closed deal
Qualify inbound interest and build smart outbound strategies to drive new business
Run discovery calls, craft compelling value-driven presentations, and guide prospects through the decision-making process
Develop trust with small business owners, operators, and franchise candidates
Keep a well-organized pipeline using HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Work closely with leadership to refine sales processes, messaging, and market positioning
Share customer insights to inform go-to-market strategy and product decisions
Support junior sales reps by offering mentorship and contributing to a performance-driven team culture
2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C or healthcare experience a plus)
Proven track record of closing mid- to high-ticket deals with small business owners or executives
Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence
Strong organizational abilities and experience managing structured pipelines
Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
Background in a franchise, service-based, or operations-focused business is a major advantage
Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to thrive in a remote setting on EST hours
