We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to help scale a fast-growing franchise brand expanding nationwide. This is a full-cycle sales role ideal for a confident closer who thrives on ownership—from lead qualification to deal closure—and wants to contribute to a bigger mission.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the entire sales cycle—from initial lead to closed deal

  • Run discovery calls, craft compelling value-driven presentations, and guide prospects through the decision-making process

  • Develop trust with small business owners, operators, and franchise candidates

  • Keep a well-organized pipeline using HubSpot (or similar CRM)

  • Work closely with leadership to refine sales processes, messaging, and market positioning

  • Share customer insights to inform go-to-market strategy and product decisions

  • Support junior sales reps by offering mentorship and contributing to a performance-driven team culture

What We’re Looking For
