As a CFO Advisor within our Outsourced Accounting Advisory team, you will work closely with our Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry clients’ executive leadership, including CEOs, board members, and stakeholders to provide high-impact financial leadership and strategic direction. You will play a key role in empowering organizations to achieve financial clarity, optimize performance, and confidently pursue growth through financial insight and action.
This role requires deep financial expertise, strategic foresight, and strong interpersonal skills to guide clients through complex challenges and opportunities. You’ll deliver value through collaborative partnerships and play an integral part in building a world-class financial advisory practice.
This position reports directly to the CEO, reflecting its strategic importance to the firm. The long-term goal of the role is to grow SN’s CFO Advisory practice by leveraging the expertise of internal team members and expanding the service offering to meet client demand. You’ll lead the development of scalable solutions, mentor team members, and play a key role in shaping the future of financial advisory at SN.

Salary: The salary range for this position is an estimate of $180,000 - $220,000. A final compensation offer within this range will be based on factors including an individual’s skill sets, experience, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and geography. This role is also eligible for business development incentives in recognition of contributions to firm growth.
