Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking users of the ride-sharing application.
  • Assist customers with inquiries relating to account management, ride bookings, and payment issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and escalations within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address user concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Stay updated on the app’s features, policies, and changes to deliver accurate information to users.
  • Gather user feedback to help improve the customer support process and app experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support or service roles, preferably within mobile applications or tech industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and manage challenging customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software is advantageous.
  • Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic remote environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges.
