  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients utilizing virtual assistant services.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding service features, account management, and administrative support.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with virtual assistant teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on best practices in virtual assistance to offer informed and relevant support.
  • Encourage client engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, particularly within virtual assistant or administrative support environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.
