We are currently looking for Virtual Assistants (VAs) to work directly with our U.S. clients. This is an independent contractor role, giving you stability, and offering full-time, long-term work opportunities. Clients will provide paid training, including U.S. Healthcare 101! 

💰 Compensation & Perks:

  • USD $7/hour (around PHP 400/hour – nearly double the BPO starting average!)

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Supporting U.S. doctors and medical staff remotely, including being on webcam interactions with patients and staff as needed 
    • Be prepared to be on webcam ~60% of your shift
  • Managing appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups 
  • Responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat 
  • Accurately documenting patient information 
  • Collaborating with U.S. healthcare teams to ensure high-quality service 

Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For: 

  • 1–2 years of experience in BPO, customer services or as a Virtual Assistant 
  • 1–2 years of healthcare experience (Nurses a plus!) 
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) 
  • Strong soft skills – empathy, patience, professionalism 
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter 
  • Comfortable being on camera during client interactions 
  • Willing to complete a 60-minute online assessment 

Must have: 

  • A Windows computer is required for this role. Mac, tablet, or mobile devices are not supported.
  • A back-up generator/power system
  • High-speed internet connection 
  • A quiet, dedicated home office setup 

A plus if you have: 

  • Nursing experience 
  • Experience with U.S. healthcare clients 
  • Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems 
  • Background in appointment setting, admin tasks, or patient support
