As a Job Board Specialist, you will gather job postings from competitor platforms and upload them efficiently. You will manage customer emails related to support and sales inquiries, while also assisting with social media marketing tasks such as creating content, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrape job postings from competitor platforms and upload them accurately.
  • Maintain and organize a database of job listings to ensure they are current and relevant.
  • Handle emails from customers, addressing support inquiries and sales-related queries promptly.
  • Resolve issues professionally and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms.
