Job description

Strong Ukrainian company specializing in performance marketing for iGaming and Crypto.

The total team is 50+ people with an office in Kyiv. We have been on the market for 2 years already.

The company is rapidly growing, adding new traffic sources, funnels, and verticals. 
We are currently seeking a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company's hiring plan.

What you will do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process primarily for Non-Tech & Marketing positions;
  • Cover the full circle of the recruitment process: from vacancy kick-off to candidate onboarding;
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates across multiple channels;
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs;
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements in marketing positions;
  • Experience in Affiliate marketing of Media buy;
  • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and global hiring processes;
  • Excellent usage of all necessary recruitment tools and approaches.
