Manage the end-to-end candidate experience with a focus on attention to detail, by ensuring interviews are scheduled quickly and accurately.
Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with data clean-up efforts, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines for effective candidate communication, while demonstrating strong time management skills.
Communicate professionally with candidates and coworkers, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Work closely with Recruiters, Interviewers, and Hiring Managers to enhance existing processes and programs, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and partner management, while fostering creativity in talent acquisition strategies
Coordinate candidate travel and handle all expenses (if applicable)
Monitor all candidates' interview experiences and act as the primary point of contact.
Enhance the interviewer training program by actively inviting interviewers in training to live interview shadowing sessions, utilizing attention to detail
Build diverse and inclusive interview panels and support continuous growth of interviewer teams.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities, ideally within Human Resources, People Operations, or Recruiting
High volume scheduling experience.
Proficient in Google Suite.
A minimum of 1 year of client or customer service experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.
Nice to Haves:
Exceptionally organized and strong time-management skills are a must.
Self-motivated, maintaining meticulous attention to detail, even with routine tasks
Familiarity with Greenhouse and GoodTime is a plus.
Familiarity with Slack.
