Roles & Responsibilities:
To provide day-to-day technical support for OpenText application
Liase with offshore and nearshore teams
Ensuring system availability
Liase with business and IT contacts
Knowledge for Rest API, Web services, Java, SQL Server desired competencies
Development knowledge on .NET, MVC platforms to support the service customizations
Integration platform expertise with Niche technologies like KOFAX Total Agility
Module development, OSCRIPT knowledge to support the product customizations
S4/ HANA platform integration knowledge
Archive Center integration experience with Google Cloud and ECS platforms
Archive Center Cluster configuration implementation practice.
Archive Center indexing and job management knowledge for the storage configurations
OpenText SaaS implementation experience with success factor integrations
Web report and Live report development functional requirements
Application platform upgrade knowledge both on-premises and for cloud solutions
Extended ECM RFC connection implementation
Content Server workflow, engineering drawing service implementations
Content Server Object import connector configurations and customization
OpenText Document Presentment integrations with Content Server and gateway configuration functional awareness
OpenText Transformation server project deployment and configurations
OpenText Document pipeline job management and scripting knowledge
