Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities: 

Project & Campaign Execution 

Lead the coordination and execution of marketing projects including product launches, PDP setup, packaging, manuals, and asset delivery. 

Build and manage timelines, assign tasks, and track progress across multiple workstreams using Monday.com or similar tools. 

Consolidate feedback and facilitate asset reviews, approvals, and final handoffs. 

Compile performance reporting across multiple marketing channels and provide timely updates. 

Cross-Functional Communication 

Serve as the central point of contact between brand marketing, creative, product management, engineering, and project management teams. 

Schedule and lead weekly standups, manage syncs, and help unblock workflows.

Track team capacity and maintain visibility into project milestones and deliverables. 

Packaging & Asset Management 

Own the packaging development process—including the collection and organization (in some cases creation) of die lines, layout, copy, regulatory requirements, translations, and design approvals.

Oversee final file preparation and handoff for packaging, Owner’s Manuals, and Quick Start Guides. 

Ensure brand accuracy and consistency across all assets. 

Photography & Web Content 

Define and coordinate studio and field photography requests in alignment with brand needs. 

Manage shot lists, production timelines, and asset delivery across project management, ecommerce, and retail platforms. 

Gather and submit PDP content including product copy, images, visual badges, and Q&A. 

Brand Activations & Special Projects 

Drive unique brand initiatives and special projects from concept to completion. 

Plan and execute surprise-and-delight moments, loyalty promotions, and customer engagement campaigns. 

Support in-person activations and experiential events with creative and logistical coordination. 

Contribute to storytelling through messaging, campaign copy, and branded collateral. 

Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows, engaging with attendees, showcasing products, and gathering valuable market insights. 

Ongoing Support & Maintenance 

Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating internal reviews. 

Organize and route creative assets (images, video, copy) for use across project management, email, social, and retail channels.

Support creator, influencer, and vendor relationships by coordinating deliverables and ensuring consistency. 

Conduct light research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to support messaging and strategy. 

Maintain content calendars and promotional schedules to keep the team aligned. 

Help compile campaign recaps and performance summaries to support post-launch evaluation and learnings. 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, creative operations, and campaign execution. 

Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG), ecommerce, or subscription-based products preferred. 

Proficiency in marketing channels including content, campaign management/execution, and project management. 

Skilled at managing cross-functional teams and creative production workflows.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to consolidate and deliver clear, actionable feedback. 

Bonus: Experience in copywriting, campaign storytelling, or creative direction.
