Position Overview: Work for one of the fastest growing companies in Central Oregon, building state-of-the-art commercial HVAC systems! We are currently hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to support our production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in manufacturing and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment. Work on our fast-paced assembly line rotating between positions like assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping. Learn multiple trade skills and develop your career in manufacturing!

2x openings on A Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm; Monday - Thursday

2x openings on C Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm:  Friday - Sunday (12% shift differential pay)

Shipping Specialist Job Duties

• Follow safety and company policies.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs boxes occasionally.
• Drive Doosan 20k forklift with the long fork extension to lad air handlers and crates onto a variety of trailers.
• Drive company truck with 25ft trailer to transport Air Handlers and crates to all BASX locations.
• Produce shipping documents on the computer as needed.
• Will need to pack, label, and ship boxes via UPS.
• Will be required to work outside in the hot and cold weather.
• Work in other areas if needed.
• Work overtime if needed.
• Keep the work area clean.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills knowledge required.
• Forklift experience a plus; will train if necessary (is this accurate?)
• Valid Oregon drivers license.
• Clean driving record.
• Microsoft Office Applications.
• Professional communication skills, both verbally and in written.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and overall computer skills.
• Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Able to work well with very little directive, carry out assignments and prioritize issues.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Time management skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Highly motivated.
