Program Analyst, Consulting Division
The Program Analyst plays a key role in supporting the growth and delivering complex consulting engagements related to strategic planning, organizational assessments, regulatory reform, operational efficiency, and change management for public and private sector clients. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Consulting, this position requires a high level of analytical capability, project coordination skills, and client service orientation. The position will also provide organizational and business development support to the Consulting Division. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with strong data synthesis and writing abilities who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and can contribute meaningfully to high-impact advisory work across government transformation initiatives.
Project Delivery Support:
Support the execution of management consulting projects including organizational assessments, strategic planning engagements, and performance improvement initiatives.
Conduct data collection, analysis, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative information to support strategic recommendations.
Assist with stakeholder engagement activities such as scheduling and conducting interviews, focus groups, and surveys, and help summarize key findings.
Support benchmarking research, policy analysis, and the preparation of best practice studies and case comparisons.
Draft briefing materials, memos, reports, presentations, and implementation roadmaps tailored for executive audiences.
Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and coordinate internal project team meetings to ensure quality and timeliness of outputs.
Maintain and organize client account documentation in SharePoint.
Client Engagement and Coordination:
Coordinate with clients and partners to arrange meetings, collect background information, and support project logistics.
Support the development of stakeholder communications and facilitate the distribution of surveys and other engagement tools.
Maintain organized records of client feedback, decisions, and action items to inform next steps and project updates.
Business Development:
Support the Consulting Division’s outreach, marketing, and pipeline development efforts.
Research and qualify potential consulting clients and partnership opportunities.
Track and report on the status of potential leads and existing partnerships to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.
Identify relevant proposal opportunities (RFPs, RFIs) across government and commercial sectors.
Support bid/no-bid decision-making with background research and opportunity analysis.
Assist in writing, editing, and submitting proposals and presentations.
Maintain and track business development activity in CRM tools or designated platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Policy, Organizational Development or related field required.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus but not required.
At least 2-3 years of experience supporting consulting, government, or strategic planning engagements.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to facilitate and present during client workshops, meetings, and trainings.
