The Role
 
The Services Tooling team is seeking a passionate and solutions-oriented Support Engineer to become a key expert for our suite of internal services tools. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy individual who thrives on exploring new technologies, optimizing processes, and empowering others. You will play a crucial role in enabling our global Services organization to deliver highly efficient and valued services by ensuring they can maximize the potential of our cutting-edge internal tools. What You'll Do
  • Be the go-to resource for our internal consultants, championing our tools and fostering their effective use
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all internal tooling, providing timely and effective support to our Services team.
  • Develop and deliver clear and engaging communications, including release notes, demonstration videos, internal preview webinars, and comprehensive training materials.
  • Create and maintain a rich library of help resources (e.g., FAQs, knowledge base articles, tutorials) to promote self-service learning and accelerate tool adoption.
  • Proactively drive awareness and understanding of new tool enhancements and features, ensuring our teams can fully leverage new capabilities to improve their workflows.
  • Support validation activities to ensure our tools meet stringent internal requirements and uphold our quality standards.

  • Requirements
  • A strong aptitude for quickly learning, mastering, and applying new technologies and software.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in areas such as tooling/platform support, technical support, system administration, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Nice to Have
  • Hands-on experience Work experience in an Enterprise Application software company
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with one or more programming languages.
  • Experience with the Veeva Vault Platform
  • Experience with Data Migration
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry
  • Experience with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes
  • Experience with GxP regulations and software validation process

  • Compensation
  • Base pay: $50,000 - $100,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
