We are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to join our team and guide us through crafting proposals that exceed our clients' and partners' expectations.
As a Proposal Manager at Coforma, you'll be responsible for managing activities associated with the development of proposals in response to government solicitations. You'll set and manage proposal schedules, resources, and progress monitoring and will work independently to develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and proposal schedules, as well as provide direction to cross-functional teams assigned to work on proposal efforts (this includes but is not limited to: proposal artifacts development, kick-off and proposal presentations, Slack channel creation, data call management, content creation, artifact/file management, color team review, facilitation, and management, etc.)
You will lead the development of proposals across all of Coforma’s focus areas (Healthcare, Veterans Services, and Public Interest) in the commercial and government sectors and will take responsibility for the overall development, maintenance, and execution of proposal development plans, including the day-to-day focus, prioritization, and leadership of internal and external teams to deliver compliant, compelling, and winning proposals. This involves leading and coordinating the proposal response by preparing high-quality, complex, compelling, and compliant written responses, presentations, and/or technical challenges according to solicitation requirements. You will oversee the coordination of all these proposal activities in a deadline-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in digital technology and design services, and experience in US government contracting is required.

$92,000 to $120,000 Annual Salary + Benefits + Growth Potential
Placement within this range will be based on the competency level of the candidate. An offer will be made at one of the following tiers:
Tier 1: $92,000 — Meets minimum qualification/experience requirements. Beyond onboarding, will need additional guidance and training to perform key responsibilities of the role.
Tier 2: $106,000 — Experienced and fully-competent. Beyond onboarding, can independently perform key responsibilities of the role.
Tier 3: $120,000 — Highly-experienced and can perform all responsibilities of the role at a higher level than expected once onboarding is completed.
To honor our company-wide equitable pay system, the posted salary range and corresponding tier salaries are non-negotiable.
