We are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Director who will be responsible for leading strategic transformation, business execution and cross-functional program management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities, business acumen, and communication stills to advance company prioritize and support executive decision-making. 

This position reports to the President & Chief Commercial Officer and will be a fully remote position with some travel expectations.

Position Location: Remote 

As the Strategic Initiatives Director, your contributions to the team will include:

• Lead and execute high-priority strategic initiatives that drive business transformation and operational excellence across the organization.
• Develop comprehensive program plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop and implement robust key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure strategic execution and business performance.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and strategic analyses for executive leadership and board meetings.
• Identify opportunities for business transformation that drive growth and operational excellence.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
• Travel as required (50%)

What we ask of you:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Required: 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or business operations
• Strongly Preferred: Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, and automation industries
• Prior experience supporting executive leadership and board interactions
