TFS Project and Support Lead


DEPT: TENx10

HOURS: 40 PER WEEK

PT/FT/TEMP: FULL-TIME

EXEMPT STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

REPORTS TO: TENx10 Senior Director of Systems and Strategy 


Brief Description:

The TENx10 Collaboration is a national discipleship movement with the mission to make faith matter more for ten million young people over the next ten years. We are a fast moving, creative, energetic remote team that works across ecumenical, cultural and denominational lines to pursue our courageous mission.

About the Role
The TFS Project Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of the Faith & Service Initiative’s grantmaking and operational processes. This role manages the full lifecycle of grants to approximately 98 organizations, supports logistical and administrative needs across the initiative, and ensures internal systems run efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mission-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grant Management

    • Coordinate the application, review, award, and reporting processes for project grants

    • Serve as the main point of contact for grantees regarding timelines, deliverables, and compliance

    • Track grantee progress and maintain accurate records and data systems

  • Operations & Admin

    • Manage scheduling, calendaring, and logistics for events, webinars, and internal team meetings

    • Support documentation, email communications, and internal project tracking

    • Liaise with finance or contracts team for timely disbursement of funds

  • Cross-Team Support

    • Provide logistical support for storytelling campaigns and learning gatherings

    • Partner with the Program Director to prepare reports and updates for funders and stakeholders

  • Other duties as assigned


Knowledge and Skills Required: 

  • 3–5 years of project or grant management experience (nonprofit or philanthropic preferred)

  • Strong organizational and systems skills (e.g., Google Workspace, Monday.com, Airtable, Asana, Microsoft Office Excel or similar tools)

  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment—the ability to initiate, prioritize, maintain, and complete both short-term and long-term projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to travel for occasional gatherings, events and meetings 

  • Servant leadership and a team attitude are vitally important to the work ethos of TENx10.

  • This position is available for remote work within the United States. Subject to payroll state approval by Fuller Theological Seminary


Pay Scale:

  • The hourly rate the seminary expects to pay: $28.85 - $33.65 per hour USD
