What Nonstop is Looking For:

A Human Resource Business Partner would have human resource experience in compensation, benefits, performance management, talent management, training, and development. In addition, this candidate must be comfortable working with leadership, including C-Suite and the ability to complete ad-hoc assignments, reports and presentations as needed. The HRBP reports directly to the SVP of Human Resources. This is a collaborative relationship where insights, experience and ideas are shared and considered for the benefit of the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing HR policies and procedures to determine their relevance to company goals or values
  • Meeting with HR SVP and executives to propose changes to policies and to understand the needs of the company
  • Creating regular and ad-hoc reports as requested
  • Project management for assigned projects by HR SVP
  • Assist with manager training and guidance in regards to employee relation issues and basic housekeeping skills for department
  • Assist HR SVP with delivery and implementation of company strategy by staying up-to date on HR trends, rules, laws, and regulations
  • Ability to develop training material and performance management programs to help managers and employees
  • Actively consult and provide strategic HR solutions to designated business leaders
  • Support employee engagement and change management activities
  • Provides guidance to leadership in developing plans to improve workforce and career planning, employee retention and engagement, performance management, and process improvement
  • Provides HR expertise and coaching in areas such as: talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, HR data analysis, and performance management (including employee & management coaching and guidance)
  • Recommends solutions to business problems, operational needs, and future opportunities


Requirements

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferred
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience with Paylocity a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Training and development experience
  • Creative critical thinker
  • Ability to conduct research, surveys that helps the company achieve goals and adds value

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day
  • Repetitive use of fingers, hands, elbows, and arms, including typing, reaching, grasping, and writing
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and carry 5-30 pounds occasionally
  • Hearing and speaking ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with another individual (or groups of individuals) in person and over the telephone
