About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter based in Costa Rica to support our hiring efforts for various roles across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions in Costa Rica.

  • Use job boards, social media, and local networks to attract qualified applicants.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and the internal hiring team.

  • Communicate with candidates professionally and represent our company values.

  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment records.

Provide market insights and recommendations on sourcing strategies to inform effective decision-making.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably as a freelance or agency recruiter.

  • Strong understanding of the Costa Rican job market and local hiring practices.

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
