What Will You Do?
Weʼre looking for a Solution Specialist who is not just a product expert — but a sales weapon. Youʼll work alongside Account Executives, CSMs, and Onboarding Specialists to help us close high-potential deals, save at-risk accounts, and drive adoption of our most strategic products. Youʼll be brought into conversations where standard pitches arenʼt enough — and youʼll turn complexity into clarity, technical barriers into conviction, and objections into signatures.

You will be responsible for: 
  • Join new business and expansion demos to handle complex product topics and close the value story 
  • Support CSMs in strategic retentions and upsells, showing real business impact from our platform 
  • Craft and deliver product narratives that resonate with operators, owners, and decision-makers 
  • Translate customer challenges into ideal solutions across pricing, configuration, and integration 
  • Partner with the Product team to share feedback and stay ahead of what's coming 
  • In case of low inbound demand, proactively help CSMs target high-potential expansion opportunitie
What Are We Looking For?

  • Deep familiarity with sales cycles, customer objections, and commercial tactics
